This project involved the conversion of the Norah Fry Hospital, originally built as a workhouse in 1836, into 30 homes. It also included the design and construction of 35 new build properties set in grounds of the Grade II Listed buildings. The scheme required careful structural repair to protect the historic building and original features were retained wherever possible.
